Connecting you with me.
1
What are you looking for?
Let’s talk. Schedule a 15 min consultation and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have to determine if I can meet your needs.
2
How do I schedule my Intake?
At the end of your free 15 minute consultation, if you feel that we are a good fit and you would like to work with me, I will coordinate a time that is good for you and schedule your intake appointment.
Intake appointments are scheduled for 75 minutes.

I have my intake scheduled, now what?
Once your intake is scheduled, you will be sent forms and questionnaires to complete prior to our meeting. The information obtained will help facilitate our first meeting and allow me to serve you better.
During your initial intake, I will conduct a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. Together, we will review the information you provided and discuss your most pressing concerns and goals for treatment.
With your goals in mind, I will develop a personalized treatment plan and make recommendations aimed at improving your overall mental health.

FAQs
What is Integrative Psychiatry?
Integrative Psychiatry is a holistic way of combining the best of Western allopathic medicine with complementary treatment approaches in a responsible, effective, ethical, and evidence-informed way.
What is the Safe and Sound Protocol?
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-based listening therapy designed to reduce sound sensitivities and improve auditory processing, behavioral state regulation, and social engagement behaviors through filtered music.
As a practical application of Polyvagal Theory, the SSP acts as a non-invasive, acoustic vagal nerve stimulator, helping to re-tune the nervous system to better support connection, collaboration, and resilience.
The SSP involves listening to specially filtered music through over-the-head headphones alongside a provider, in-person or remotely. The SSP has demonstrated benefits for individuals with trauma, anxiety, sensory processing differences, and more.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. By eliminating the restrictions of insurance companies I can provide a more personalized service and spend more quality time with you without being rushed.
I do, however, maintain a professional subscription to Reimbursify which allows me to verify your out-of-network benefits and give a good estimate of your out-of-pocket expenses prior to scheduling. My professional subscription gives my clients the option to file their insurance claims through Reimbursify for free.
As a courtesy, I can file your first claim for you which will onboard you with Reimbursify and make filing any subsequent claims a snap.
If you prefer, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
