Integrative psychiatry combines conventional psychiatric care, including evaluation and medication management, with evidence-based complementary approaches that address the whole person: mind, body, and lifestyle.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, integrative psychiatry explores the underlying biological, psychological, and environmental factors that contribute to mental health. This may include attention to nutrition, sleep, stress, genetics, and overall wellness alongside traditional treatment.

Prescription Digital Therapeutics (PDTs) are clinically proven, software-based medical treatments designed to treat specific mental health conditions.
Unlike standard wellness or meditation apps found in commercial app stores, PDTs are rigorously tested in clinical trials and regulated by the FDA as software medical devices. Because they are medical-grade interventions—often delivering structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other approved therapeutic modalities —they require a doctor’s prescription.
They are commonly prescribed alongside traditional therapy or medication to treat conditions like anxiety, major depression, postpartum depression, PTSD, ADHD, and chronic insomnia without adding new chemical side effects.

I accept all major credit cards, HSA credit and debit card payments .
I am in the process of credentialing through Headway and will update this page when in-network options become available.
I recommend checking with your insurance carrier about out-of-network benefits in the meantime.

Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for out-of-network psychiatric services.
Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill which is an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurer requires.
Contact your insurance carrier directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first appointment.

I require at least 24 business hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days — for example, an appointment scheduled on Monday must be canceled by the same time on Friday. Likewise, an appointment following a weekday holiday must be canceled by the same time on the day before the holiday.
Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours' notice will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 75% of the scheduled appointment fee for Initial Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management follow ups.
Appointments that are part of a Comprehensive ADHD evaluation are subject to $150 late cancellation fee per missed scheduled evaluation appointment.
This fee is not billable to insurance and is the patient's responsibility.
I understand that life happens — please reach out as early as possible if you need to make a change.
